Sodexo Group in Ireland is seeking an experienced Health & Safety professional with a strong FM background to lead a proactive zero-harm culture across complex environments. You will drive safety across multiple sites, provide guidance across services, and deliver audits, risk assessments and incident investigations.

You will also support GMP environments, lead mobilisations and contract transitions, manage fire safety and business continuity, and deliver training to embedded best practices

Qualifications

• Relevant Diploma or equivalent in Occupational Health & Safety.
• Strong FM experience across complex or multi-service environments.
• Experience in GMP/regulatory environments is preferred.

• Provide expert H&S guidance across technical, catering, cleaning, security and front-of-house services.
• Conduct audits, inspections, risk assessments and incident investigations.
• Support GMP environments, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and legislation.
• Provide H&S leadership throughout mobilisations, contract transitions and new site implementations.
• Lead on fire safety, emergency preparedness and business continuity.
• Deliver H&S training and support operational teams in embedding best practice.
• Partner with senior stakeholders, clients and operational teams to drive continual improvement.

Location: Ireland
Salary: €75,000 - €80,000 per annum, up to 10% bonus plus Sodexo benefits
Contract Type: Full Time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and promote a strong safety culture across multiple sites and FM operations.
• Provide expert H&S guidance across technical, catering, cleaning, security and front-of-house services.
• Conduct audits, inspections, risk assessments and incident investigations.
• Support GMP environments, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and legislation.
• Provide H&S leadership throughout mobilisations, contract transitions and new site implementations.
• Lead on fire safety, emergency preparedness and business continuity.
• Deliver H&S training and support operational teams in embedding best practice.
• Partner with senior stakeholders, clients and operational teams to drive continual improvement.

About You

• Relevant Diploma or equivalent qualification in Occupational Health & Safety.
• Strong FM experience, ideally across complex or multi-service environments.
• Experience working within GMP / regulated environments.
• Experience supporting mobilisations and contract transitions.
• Relevant Fire Safety qualifications and strong knowledge of fire safety requirements.
• Strong knowledge of risk management, incident investigation and H&S legislation.
• Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
• Practical, proactive and solutions-focused approach.
