Rhox is seeking a Health Data Governance Advisor to shape practical solutions for health data governance and secondary data use, applying European and Belgian EHDS developments to functional and process requirements.

You will analyze governance needs, translate them into clear functional requirements, assess impact on processes and data assets, document governance practices and collaborate with stakeholders to align technical and business perspectives.

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience in data governance.
• Knowledge of data ownership, metadata, data quality, reference data, catalogues, and clear roles and responsibilities.
• Experience with OpenMetadata or similar governance platform.
• Proficient in Python and SQL for documenting and monitoring data assets.
• Healthcare sector knowledge and understanding of data systems and integration contexts.
• Functional analysis and requirements management skills.
• Knowledge of European and Belgian EHDS developments and secondary use of health data.
• English (B1), Dutch (B2), French (B2).
