Jobgether, a partner company based in Belgium, seeks a Head of UX/UI to own end-to-end UX for a complex B2B SaaS platform. You will lead an established design team while remaining hands-on, shaping strategy from research to handoff.

You will collaborate with Product and Engineering to build a scalable design system in Figma, run user research, and drive measurable improvements in adoption and engagement. Fluency in English is essential; this role offers fast-paced, high-impact work in a growing

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional UX/UI or product design experience in B2B SaaS
• At least 2 years leading a design team in fast-paced environments
• Strong portfolio showing end-to-end product design in enterprise tools
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma including design systems and handoff
• Experience designing for multiple user types with different goals
• Proven ability to lead user research and translate insights into design decisions
• Strong interaction and visual design skills with strategic product thinking
• Excellent written and spoken English

Responsabilités

• Lead and mentor the existing design team to high design quality and delivery standards
• Run design critiques and provide actionable feedback to raise proficiency
• Own and improve the design process from scoping to handoff and measurement
• Define future design-team structures and recruitment needs
• Act as bridge between Design, Product and Engineering
• Remain hands-on by leading the most complex design initiatives
• Own the UX/UI vision across the full product lifecycle
• Design experiences for multiple user groups with differing needs
• Build and maintain a scalable Figma-based design system with tokens and components
• Own design-to-engineering handoff with detailed specifications
• Lead user research and usability testing, translating insights into improvements
• Track business impact using adoption and engagement metrics
• Balance leadership with individual design execution
