Job summary

Bodyarmor is seeking a Manager, Technical Consumer Data Research (TCDR) to lead sensory and consumer studies for Still beverages across EMEA. You will shape the innovation agenda by translating consumer insights into market-ready strategies, guiding product and packaging decisions with a right-first-time mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food/Sensory Science or related field; Master/PhD preferred.
• 8+ years FMCG experience with sensory and consumer research.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration across marketing, HI, GDI, and R&D.

Responsibilities

• Lead consumer-centric research plans for Still beverages in EMEA.
• Translate insights into front-end strategies and an innovation pipeline.
• Manage end-to-end research projects with governance and stakeholder alignment.
• Develop data-driven storytelling and actionable recommendations.
