Elia Group in Brussels is seeking an Operational Safety & Quality Insight Lead to transform data into actionable safety and quality insights. You will design dashboards and monitoring systems that support operational execution and strategic decisions.

You will bridge data, business, and leadership to define KPI targets and governance. You will lead data strategy, ensure data quality, and collaborate with SQI teams to deliver high-impact analytical solutions for continuous improvements in safety

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong data analysis experience and BI tooling capability.
• Ability to translate data into clear business insights.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of operational processes.
• Experience in Safety and/or Quality is a strong asset.
• Excellent communication with technical and business stakeholders.
• Autonomous, proactive and results-oriented.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop and improve data-driven monitoring systems and dashboards.
• Define a data strategy aligned with SQI priorities and KPIs.
• Define performance monitoring roadmaps for short and long term.
• Create reliable, actionable insights to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with SQI teams and stakeholders to translate needs into analytics.
• Monitor data quality and drive continuous improvement of data reliability.
