Spott Inc. is seeking a Head of Product to own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for its AI-native ATS & CRM. You will work directly with the CEO and build/lead the product team as the company scales from 50 to 150 employees, with global reach and high ownership.

You will run discovery with agencies across Europe, the US, and APAC, prioritize high-impact features, and shape product processes, rituals, and metrics for rapid delivery.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in product roles at fast-growing B2B SaaS companies.
• Proven track record shipping products from discovery to launch.
• Technical enough to work with engineers on architecture and scope.

Spott is a YC-backed AI startup on a mission to transform the $700B+ recruitment industry. We're building the first AI-native ATS & CRM platform, a full reset from legacy software. As Head of Product, you will own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, working directly with the CEO, and build and lead the product team as we scale from 50 to 150 people. This is a high-ownership role at a Series A company with global reach.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Spott's ATS & CRM, working directly with the CEO to decide where the product should go.
• Build and lead the product team (frontend engineers and designers) as we scale from 50 to 150 people.
• Run discovery with recruitment agencies across Europe, the US, and APAC, and ruthlessly prioritize the features with the highest impact on the company.
• Partner with Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to prioritize ruthlessly, ship fast, and measure impact.
• Set up the product processes, rituals, and metrics that let us stay fast while the product team grows.

Requirements

• 4+ years in product roles at fast-growing B2B SaaS companies, including 2+ years leading product managers or a product function.
• Proven track record of shipping products that customers love, from discovery to launch to iteration.
• Technical enough to work closely with engineers on tradeoffs, architecture, and scope. A background in engineering or as a software engineer is a must.
