Sunrise is seeking a Head of Medical Devices to lead the R&D and product management for diagnostic and treatment devices and associated platforms. You will define the roadmap from strategy through deployment, while leading hardware, clinical, and industrialization experts.

You will align with reimbursement timelines and work closely with software, data, clinical, and marketing teams. You will drive market launches in collaboration with commercial teams, oversee partnerships and suppliers, and

Qualifications

• Extensive medtech industry experience with product ownership.
• Launched medtech products from development to market (Class IIa preferred).
• Understanding US/EU reimbursement mechanics and impact on decisions.
• Proven leadership of a technical/clinical team in regulated environments.
• Fluent in French and English.

Responsabilités

• Own and evolve the Dx and Tx product roadmaps, align with reimbursement windows.
• Drive physician adoption, onboarding programs, and review portals.
• Capture patient and physician feedback, translate into roadmap evolutions.
• Govern gates, budgets, and trade-offs with cross-functional teams.
• Interface with software, data, clinical, growth, and marketing teams.
