Job summary

You will lead diverse, high-performing teams, shape governance and processes, monitor KPIs, and promote an inclusive, learning-driven culture while collaborating with project management and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent in a technical field.
• 10–15 years in a similar engineering leadership role.
• Proven ability to mentor diverse, intercultural teams.
• Fluent in French and English.
