Job summary

Growth Tribe Belgium is seeking a Product Area Lead Customer Intelligence & Advanced Analytics to define and drive the analytics strategy for the Private Individuals segment. You will transform data, insights, and AI into measurable commercial impact across acquisition, activation, engagement, retention and value growth.

You will lead a multi-disciplinary team of data scientists, analysts and engineers, own the roadmap, governance, and ROI, and partner closely with senior stakeholders to steer

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Business Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science or related field.
• Extensive experience in customer intelligence, analytics, reporting, data science or AI-driven environments in a commercial setting.
• Proven leadership experience in data-intensive organisations and strong commercial acumen.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive influencing capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own the analytics strategy, vision and multi-year roadmap.
• Lead Growth Data & Intelligence ecosystem, KPI governance and measurement.
• Develop customer intelligence, predictive analytics and AI-enabled insights.
• Sponsor innovation through advanced analytics, machine learning and experimentation frameworks.
• Provide executive reporting and ROI-focused recommendations across customer growth.
