Engibex, a Belgian engineering consultancy in Vlaams-Brabant, is seeking a Hardware Engineer to support multiple tasks across administrative, project, maintenance and warehouse activities. The role combines hands-on technical work with safety responsibilities.

You will work with Electromechanics and electronics, write SOPs, assist PM planning, back up software, and coordinate with suppliers. Fluent English and Dutch are required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in electromechanics or related field is preferred.
• Strong technical background in electromechanics, electronics or electricity.
• Ability to analyze data and generate clear reports.
• Proven troubleshooting skills across electrical systems.
• Hands-on mindset with safety as a priority.

Responsabilités

• Order parts and communicate with suppliers; support OneFab PM planning.
• Contribute to FAB projects by writing SOPs and managing software/backups.
• Prepare PMs and assist with maintenance tasks and post-PM follow-up.
• Handle warehouse tasks: packaging, uncrating and stock management.

The Hardware Engineer position covers mutliple tasks.

Administrative Tasks

• Ordering parts
• Communication with suppliers
• OneFab PM planning

Help On FAB Projects

• Writing Standard Operating Procedures
• Software/PC back-ups

Maintenance activities

• Preparation of PM's
• Assisting, execution, Post PM tasks

Warehouse

• Packaging
• Uncrating
• Stock management

Profile / Requirements

• Master in electromechanics (ideally) or mecanics, electricity, electronics
• Technical background: Electromechanics, Electronics, Electricity
• Analysis and reporting skills
• Troubleshooting technical problems
• Hands-on approach
• Sens of safety awareness is Mandatory
• Fluent in English and Dutch, both written and spoken
• Knowledge of auto CAD, POWER BI is a plus.
