Engibex in Belgium is seeking a Project Engineer to bridge the project manager and the engineering firm, ensuring technical development and quality across multidisciplinary teams. You will drive the project to delivery within the defined schedule and scope.

Responsibilities include guiding design teams through detailed studies, defining technical scope, and communicating progress to stakeholders. A Master’s degree in Engineering and fluency in Dutch with strong French/English skills are

Qualifications

• Master's degree in engineering with specialisation in electrical, electrotechnics, electro-mechanical, or energy.
• Knowledge of electricity grids is a plus.
• Fluent in Dutch with very good understanding of French and English.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
• Analytical capacity to solve complex technical challenges.

Job Description

As a Project Engineer, you are the key figure between the project manager and the engineering firm, responsible for the technical development of projects within a multidisciplinary team. You ensure the consistency and quality of the design and monitor the functionality of the project. You take proactive measures to ensure that the project is delivered according to the predetermined schedule and scope.

Key Tasks

• Engage actively in projects from the feasibility study phase to closure, liaising among design teams, technical experts, and Project Leaders.
• Contribute to defining the technical aspects and scope of project designs, conducting various technical studies.
• Guide design teams during detailed studies to ensure quality and scope adherence.

Profile / Requirements
