Qualifications

• Strong previous experience as a Mechanical Technician working with industrial machinery.
• Experience with bottling, packaging or similar machinery is highly desirable.
• Strong practical mechanical and problem-solving skills.
• Confident communicating with technicians and customers.
• Able to work independently and take responsibility for organizing a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate a team of mechanical technicians.
• Allocate work and ensure jobs are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
• Provide technical support and guidance to technicians on mechanical issues.
• Use hands-on mechanical experience to diagnose and resolve technical problems.
