Optimus Search is seeking a hands-on Mechanical / Electromechanical Assembly Technician in Belgium near the Dutch border. You will build, assemble, adjust and test complete machines and electromechanical assemblies from drawings, schematics and production orders.

You will read technical drawings, wire panels and motors, install control panels, set drives and relays, and verify performance before release. A practical, independent problem-solver with 2+ years of experience is ideal.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' relevant technical experience.
• Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge.
• Experience assembling industrial machinery or equipment.
• Confident reading technical drawings and electrical schematics.
• Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Comfortable using electrical and mechanical tools.
• Able to diagnose and resolve technical problems independently.

The Role:

We are looking for a hands‑on Mechanical / Electromechanical Assembly Technician to join a specialist industrial machinery manufacturer.

You will be responsible for building, assembling, adjusting and testing complete machines and electromechanical assemblies, working from technical drawings, electrical schematics, assembly instructions and production orders.
