GenderGender.com, based in Ghent, Belgium, seeks an event coordinator to manage our presence at festivals and Pride events across Europe. You will handle registrations, on-site team planning, stand setup and dismantling, customer contact, and sales at the till, with a hands-on attitude. Dutch and English fluency is required; French is a bonus.

Driving licence category B is necessary. Part-time and seasonal, aligned with the event calendar. Pay to be discussed, plus a commuting allowance.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a bonus.
• Hands-on mentality and proactive approach.
• No prior event sector experience required.
• Category B driving licence required.

Responsabilités

• Manage presence at festivals, Prides and community events from registration to return.
• Schedule and register participation, plan the on-site team.
• Set up and dismantle the sales stand; handle customer contact and the till.
• Provide ideas to improve future events based on on-site learnings.
