Sarens in Wolvertem is looking for a Team Leader - Engineering to guide a team of Project Engineers and CAD Designers. You will be deeply involved in engineering studies and responsible for coordinating workloads, supporting your team, and developing innovative lifting solutions.

The role requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering and at least 5 years of experience in lifting operations. An attractive salary package and extensive training opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience within heavy lifting, crane engineering, or marine contracting.
• Strong affinity with heavy lift cranes and lifting operations.
• Good communication skills in English.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate daily activities of Project Engineers and CAD Designers.
• Analyze engineering requests and develop lifting concepts.
• Support engineers when encountering technical challenges.
