Conveo is scaling rapidly and seeks a Strategy & Ops Lead to diagnose handoff leaks, own cross-functional workstreams, and codify successful motions into repeatable playbooks. You will partner with Sales, CS, Product, and Engineering to drive measurable improvements in GTM efficiency.

The role emphasizes end-to-end ownership, AI-enabled workflows, and strong written communication, with a flexible hybrid setup across Antwerp and UK HQs.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years at a top strategy consulting firm with evidence of owning a workstream end to end.
• 2+ years in a high-velocity operator seat (BizOps/RevOps/CoS) building things that stuck.
• Sharp analytical chops. You can pull data, build a model, and test assumptions quickly.
• Crisp written communication that speeds up decisions.
• Proven ability to own something end to end without hand-holding.
• Evidence of cross-functional collaboration and alignment without formal authority.
• AI-native mindset; you default to building with AI, not adding headcount.
• Willing to be based in Antwerp HQ or the UK, with regular travel to HQ.

Responsabilités

• Run diagnostics with rigor to identify where effort leaks into outcomes.
• Own a workstream inside strategic cross-functional projects; manage smaller projects end to end.
• Turn the motion into a repeatable playbook: document workflows, templates, dashboards, and escalation paths.
