VP Media Solutions seeks a Business Development Manager & Co-CEO to lead growth and oversee operations from Brussels. You will shape the revenue strategy, drive major deals, and steer the executive team with the CTO and Advisory Board.

Ideal candidates will bring a proven B2B sales background in media technology, a tri-lingual profile (EN/NL/FR), and readiness to travel for international industry events. Office-based in Belgium.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in technical B2B sales and large deals.
• Experience with public/private tenders is a strong plus.
• Leadership experience in small-to-medium entities.
• Fluency in English and Dutch and/or French is highly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Define and implement a proactive growth strategy for Benelux, France and key EU regions.
• Expand VPMS into new verticals where media tech is critical (Medical, Sports, Corporate).
• Drive high-value deals (€100k to several €M) and oversee tenders with long cycles.
• Oversee internal operations: HR, Finance & Administration, project execution and margins.
