Tomorrowland, a global entertainment brand, is seeking a Digital Paid & Performance Strategist to elevate online visibility and paid campaigns for its brands. The role emphasizes quality, innovation and measurable results.

You will develop online strategies, manage budgets, and set up campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok and other channels, while analyzing performance and running A/B tests with GA4 and GTM integration.

• Minimum 5 years in paid & performance marketing.
• Strong ability to translate data into optimizations.
• Familiar with GA4, Google Tag Manager and performance tools.

Responsabilités

• Develop online strategies for campaign objectives (awareness, sales, e-commerce).
• Create clear briefs for creative assets (banners, visuals, video).
• Manage campaign budgets and determine the best channel mix.
• Set up and manage campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, TikTok and other channels.
• Analyze performance, implement optimizations and provide recommendations.
• Ensure measurement across GA4 and GTM from basic tracking to full implementation.
• Conduct A/B tests to extract insights and improve performance.
