Job summary

REAZN GROUP, based in Kruisem, Belgium, seeks an ambitious IT Manager to lead IT across three locations and guide group-level IT strategy. You will mentor staff, manage external partners, and drive best practices for security, data governance and disaster recovery.

The role requires a hands-on leader with 10+ years in IT, industrial experience, GDPR knowledge, and fluency in Dutch and English (French a plus). A company car or mobility considerations may be offered in the package.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT team across three locations and mentor staff.
• Manage external partners and strategic IT relations.
• Define and implement IT policies and best practices.
• Organize trainings and awareness sessions for the organisation.
• Ensure data security, backups and disaster recovery planning.
• Oversee hardware/software, licenses, and network infrastructure.
• Manage annual IT budget and report to senior management.
• Coordinate GDPR compliance for group.
