• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Engineering, Management or related field.

You will step into a highly visible Group role where you can shape the position, challenge the business and help modernise Finance through data, automation and AI.

• Partner with the Business Units on budgets, forecasts and performance reviews, challenging assumptions and turning financial data into clear business recommendations.
• Lead strategic financial deep-dives into underperforming projects, subsidiaries or complex business situations and propose concrete actions.
• Improve Group reporting and data quality, ensuring consistent and reliable financial and operational information across the organisation.
• Drive the digitalisation of Finance by improving dashboards, reporting tools and data flows while accelerating the use of automation, analytics and AI.
• Support the Group CFO and senior leadership with executive-level analysis, while contributing to M&A, due diligence and other strategic initiatives.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in Controlling/Audit.
• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Engineering, Management or a related field.
