Job summary

The International Centre for Migration Policy Development (ICMPD) seeks a Grants Manager for the Migration Partnership Facility (MPF) to coordinate grant schemes and manage grant teams in an international context. You will ensure quality assurance, align with donor agreements and ICMPD procedures, and report to the Grants Portfolio Manager, supporting border management and security cooperation initiatives.

Proficiency in English and French (verbal/written) is required; proficiency in other EU

Qualifications

• Ability to effectively manage grant schemes and grants teams in an international context.
• Promote capacity development measures across the full grant cycle management.
• Familiarity with grant management tools and donor compliance procedures.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and provide technical oversight of MPF grant schemes and grant teams.
• Ensure quality assurance across grant activities.
• Align with ICMPD procedures and donor agreements.
• Report to the Grants Portfolio Manager.
