Toyota Motor Europe is seeking graduates for an 18-month training program in Purchasing. You will work cross-functionally with Design, Quality and Logistics teams and suppliers across Europe, supported by Toyota Production System training.
The role includes travel up to 60% to supplier sites and a path toward Specialist grade after graduation. The program offers a permanent contract, on-the-job and classroom training, and a hybrid work environment with options to work from home or collaborate in
Qualifications
- Fluent English is required for business communication.
- Degree in Engineering - Mechanical/Production/Manufacturing.
- Interest or internship in Quality/Production/Industrial Eng./Logistics.
Responsabilités
- Collaborate with Design, Quality and Logistics teams and suppliers in Europe during vehicle development.
- Coordinate planning and production preparation activities across European suppliers.
- Contribute to Toyota Production System trainings and teamwork approach.
- Support supplier improvement in safety, quality and delivery as one team.
- Work with suppliers to reduce environmental impacts and strengthen due diligence.
