Job summary

AB InBev, based in Leuven, seeks a Global TMS Optimizer to enhance transportation performance across its global network. You will develop innovative Blue Yonder TMS solutions and build in-house capabilities to support future implementations worldwide.

Work with international teams to standardize processes, reduce external dependencies, and drive continuous improvements in TMS and TMOD adoption. A strong background in TMS, analytics, and supply chain optimization is essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, IT, Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of Blue Yonder TMS implementation experience.
• Strong knowledge of TMS Optimization and TMOD.
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, MS Access, and SQL skills.
• Proficient English language abilities.
• Experience in large-scale logistics or CPG environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive global transport optimization using Blue Yonder TMS across Centers of Excellence.
• Develop and standardize AB InBev TMS templates and templates for uploads, auctions, and approvals.
• Design and customize TMS solutions for different zones.
• Support global implementation and adoption, onboarding countries to TMS.
• Create training materials and promote knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with global teams to share best practices and improve transportation processes.
