Jones Engineering seeks a Graduate CSA Engineer to support CSA Site teams remotely and on site in Belgium and Finland. The role includes a comprehensive 2-year Graduate Development Programme with on-site training on best-in-class instruments and industry software.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, contribute to quality documentation, and contribute to project progress through meetings and site walks. Training for in-house systems will be provided.

Qualifications

• Degree qualification in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or Architectural Technology.
• Prior experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
• Additional qualifications would be advantageous but are not essential.
• Strong teamwork with excellent interpersonal, organisational and planning skills.
• Learning mindset with appetite for continuous development.
• Excellent IT skills (Google Sheets, Docs and Slides).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work well within a team and on own initiative.
• Some knowledge of the construction industry advantageous.
• Training for in-house systems will be provided.

Responsabilités

• Support CSA Project Quality Leads on site.
• Support CSA Group Quality Leads in the office.
• Understand each Project Quality Management Software on a project-by-project basis.
• Familiarize with Jones CSA Quality Systems and help support projects.
• Create and build Construction Quality documentation for CSA installations.
• Use Digital Project Portals for sharing Jones Quality information.
• Collaborate with a large multidisciplinary team and liaise with Group QA/QC leads.
• Join team calls and record meeting minutes.
• Participate in site progress walks when possible.
• Ensure project team adheres to document control processes and track progress.
• Support projects remotely for Walkdowns and Handovers.
