Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Belgium (CCEP Belux) invites you to join its Commercial Young Graduate Program in Brussels. Over three years, you’ll rotate across fields like Field Sales, Key Account Management, Category & Revenue Growth Management, and more while taking on real responsibilities from day one.

Starting in September 2027, you’ll learn through hands-on projects, coaching from experienced leaders, and dedicated training in leadership, communication and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch or French with good command of English
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in commercial, business or analytical field
• Recent graduate or max 18 months of professional experience
• Willing to travel across Belgium and Luxembourg with a valid driving licence (B)

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience across Field Sales, Key Account Management, and more
• Based in Brussels with field visits to customers and close work with sales teams across Belgium and Luxembourg
• Coached by experienced leaders with training in leadership, communication and stakeholder management
