ARGON Measuring Solutions is seeking a Project Engineer to join our metrology-focused wind energy solutions team. You will execute critical projects, design and develop customized measurement solutions, and build strong relationships with customers and suppliers.

Key responsibilities include owning parts of project execution, delivering on scope and budget, and supporting sales with timelines and budgets. International travel (~30%) is expected, with a collaborative, solution-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in industrial or civil engineering (mechanics, electromechanics, energy, and industrial).
• 2 years of relevant experience preferred; fresh graduates with strong potential encouraged to apply.
• Background or technical expertise in metrology is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.
• Willingness to travel internationally (~30%).

• Take ownership of specific parts of project execution including measurement strategy, programming and automating measurement programs, design, engineering and testing of measurement solutions.
• Deliver projects within defined scope, budget, timeline and quality standards, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Support the sales team by translating customer needs into project plans, budgets and timelines.
• Regularly communicate project progress with the Project Manager and key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with team members to improve project quality, processes and measurement services.
• Drive innovation and contribute to ongoing improvement of project execution processes.

We are hiring a Project Engineer to join ARGON Measuring Solutions, a leading metrology services and solutions company operating at the forefront of the wind energy sector. We specialize in innovative 3D measurement solutions and are looking for a motivated professional to strengthen our young and dynamic engineering team within the Solutions Business Unit.

In this role, you will execute critical projects, design and develop customized solutions for clients, and build strong relationships with both customers and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

• Taking ownership of specific parts of the project execution. More specifically: measurement strategy, programming and automating measurement programs, design, engineering, and testing of measurement solutions, etc.
• Deliver projects within defined scope, budget, timeline, and quality standards, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Support the sales team by helping translate customer needs into project plans, budgets, and timelines.
• Regularly communicate project progress with the Project Manager and key stakeholders.

Your Profile

• Master’s degree in industrial or civil engineer mechanics, electromechanics, energy, and industrial.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is preferred; recent graduates with strong potential are also encouraged to apply.
• Background or technical expertise in metrology is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.
• Team-oriented with a proactive, “can-do” mindset.
• Positive, dynamic, and pragmatic attitude.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally (approximately 30%).
