Bleckmann is seeking a Client Solutions Engineer to design and develop transport solutions for new and existing clients. You will analyze customer requirements, evaluate transport scenarios and ensure alignment among stakeholders across commercial and operations teams.

You will translate complex input into practical, scalable transport solutions and support proposals, tenders and handovers. The role emphasizes data quality, AI-readiness and continuous improvement across processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in transport, logistics or supply chain.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with customer data, order profiles and shipment data.
• Fluent English is required; Dutch is an advantage for candidates based in Belgium or NL.

Responsabilités

• Analyze customer data, order profiles, shipment profiles and transport requirements.
• Interpret customer needs and translate them into practical transport solution scenarios.
• Support RFQs, RFPs, tenders and customer proposals with transport solution input.
• Design or support solutions for outbound, returns, parcels, pallets and linehaul where relevant.
• Act as the link between Business Owners, Sales and Transport Pricing.
• Align requirements with Transport Pricing, Onboarding, Carrier Management, Customs, Sales, and Operational teams.
• Identify gaps, risks and dependencies in customer requests and solution designs.
• Document key assumptions, decisions and open points clearly.
• Support existing client optimizations by reviewing current transport setups and identifying improvements.
• Prepare transport solution input for proposals and internal reviews.
• Contribute to data quality, reporting discipline and AI-readiness within Transport.
• Help improve Transport Solutions processes by challenging templates and ways of working.
