Bleckmann, Belgium, is seeking an AI Developer to drive AI-driven solutions in a dynamic logistics tech environment. You will translate business challenges into scalable AI models, design production-ready pipelines, and collaborate with Data Engineers, IT, and business teams to deliver value.

The role emphasizes governance, data quality, and responsible AI practices, with hybrid work options and exposure to international projects across fashion and lifestyle supply chains.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Python for AI/ML and data processing.
• Solid SQL skills; experience with Snowflake is a plus.
• Experience building AI/ML models and deploying them at scale.
• Understanding of data modeling concepts and data quality.
• Experience with GenAI/LLMs and agent-based solutions.

Responsabilités

• Design and develop AI/ML and GenAI solutions based on prioritized business use cases.
• Build scalable AI pipelines leveraging Snowflake and integrated tools.
• Develop, test, and deploy models (forecasting, classification, optimization, etc.).
• Translate prototypes into production-ready solutions and integrate AI into BI/workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define AI roadmaps and validate business value.
• Ensure governance, security and data quality across AI initiatives.
