Credendo seeks a Credit Risk Analyst to assess insurance applications related to international trade, perform financial and qualitative analyses, and advise on acceptability to tailor solutions aligned with customer needs and the company’s values.

You will submit proposals to decision committees within your authorization, develop relationships with clients and brokers, and cover diverse export transactions.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in economics or law with economics background.
• First professional experience in financial or insurance sector.
• Fluency in French with oral and written proficiency in Dutch and English, or Dutch with proficiency in French and English.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to synthesize and produce clear analyses.
• Well organized, accurate and able to meet tight deadlines.
• Able to work autonomously but with team collaboration.
• Broad interest in international trade, politics, commodity markets and emerging economies.

Responsabilités

• Submit proposals to decision committees or decide on risk acceptance within your authority.
• Develop and manage relations with clients and/or brokers domestically and abroad.
• Handle a wide field of export transactions (buyer credit, supplier credit, cash transactions, documentary credit, forfaiting and direct financing).
• Contribute to in‑house projects and provide technical input for new or revised products.
• Work in a team with more experienced colleagues who guide your learning.
