Job summary

AB InBev, based in Leuven, seeks a Global TMS Optimizer to enhance transportation performance across its global network. You will develop innovative Blue Yonder TMS solutions and build in-house capabilities to support future implementations worldwide.

Work with international teams to standardize processes, reduce external dependencies, and drive continuous improvements in TMS and TMOD adoption. A strong background in TMS, analytics, and supply chain optimization is essential.

Qualifications

Degree in Business, IT, Engineering or related field.
5+ years of Blue Yonder TMS implementation experience.
Strong knowledge of TMS Optimization and TMOD.
Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, MS Access, and SQL skills.
Proficient English language abilities.
Experience in large-scale logistics or CPG environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

Drive global transport optimization using Blue Yonder TMS across Centers of Excellence.
Develop and standardize AB InBev TMS templates and templates for uploads, auctions, and approvals.
Design and customize TMS solutions for different zones.
Support global implementation and adoption, onboarding countries to TMS.
Create training materials and promote knowledge sharing.
Collaborate with global teams to share best practices and improve transportation processes.
