• Master’s degree or equivalent in a related discipline with strong regulatory exposure.
• 8–10 years in pharmaceutical supply chain or temperature-controlled logistics.
• Proven people leadership and cross-functional influence in regulated environments.

Responsabilités

• Lead Temperature Strategy & Governance for Clinical Supply Chain.
• Own passive shipper lifecycle management across global networks.
• Oversee TOR processes, deviations, CAPAs, and audits with Quality teams.
• Develop high-performing teams and establish development plans.
• Drive digitization, analytics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
