Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a Director, Supply Chain Reliability to define enterprise strategy for end-to-end performance across the organization. This senior leader will integrate performance visibility, digital enablement, and reliability methodologies to proactively identify and resolve systemic risks.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in Supply Chain Management.
• Demonstrated business process ownership with E2E supply chain expertise.
• Proven experience leading enterprise performance management systems.
• Strong leadership, analytical and change management skills.
• Experience with AI and advanced analytics is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Define and lead the enterprise-wide strategy for E2E supply chain performance management and reliability.
• Establish a vision linking insights to reliability outcomes across functions.
• Design and deploy standardized performance management frameworks, including enterprise scorecards and KPI definitions.
• Lead reliability initiatives with measurable impact on performance.
• Build and develop a high-performing team focused on supply chain performance management.
• Oversee digital tools and analytics to enable real-time performance visibility and insights.
