The role requires 8+ years in pharma or healthcare, with 2–3 years leading global trials. Travel up to 15–20% is expected, and advanced leadership skills are essential for matrixed, multi-country teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years in Pharmaceutical, Healthcare or related industries.
• Experience in and knowledge of the pharmaceutical development process.
• Clinical research operational knowledge across multiple phases (I–IV).
• 2–3 years’ experience leading multiple aspects of a global clinical trial.

Responsabilités

• Create and update trial-specific documents and guidelines.
• Vendor setup and management of day-to-day study vendor activities.
• Coordinate country/regional trial management activities and risks.
• Support development of program-level compound training with Clinical/CTL&D.
