Job summary

Legend Biotech is seeking a Senior Manager, Supply Chain Accounting to drive accuracy, integrity and compliance of financial reporting across its global manufacturing network. You will act as the technical accounting authority for the supply chain, ensuring IFRS application, strong internal controls, and scalable accounting processes.

You will partner with global finance teams, lead governance, and guide audit activities while developing talent and delivering improvements that support

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Drive accounting governance and ensure consistent application of accounting standards across manufacturing sites.
• Strengthen and optimize the global internal control framework.
• Identify accounting, reporting, and control gaps and implement sustainable improvements.
• Provide technical accounting expertise on complex and non‑routine transactions.
• Lead monthly global financial review forums to analyze inventory, fixed assets, accounts receivable and accounts payable trends.
• Lead audit activities and coordinate remediation plans.
• Drive process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support the development of scalable accounting processes that support future business growth.
• Provide leadership (2 direct reports), coaching and support to finance colleagues.

Education
