Pattyn Group seeks a seasoned Group Accounting & Internal Controls Manager to standardize accounting policies across international entities and strengthen financial governance. You will be the primary contact for external auditors and drive improvements in closing processes and internal controls.

The role partners with local finance teams to apply Group standards, optimize ERP usage, and ensure accurate reporting.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Professional accounting qualification (CPA/ACCA) preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in multinational environments.

Aufgaben

• Own and coordinate the Group's internal control framework, including SOX.
• Manage external audits across all entities and coordinate with local finance teams.
• Harmonize local charts of accounts and map to the Group chart of accounts.
• Drive month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing improvements.
• Lead balance sheet reconciliations and intercompany eliminations.
• Develop and deliver training on policies, controls and best practices.
