bioMérieux SA, a world leader in in vitro diagnostics, seeks a Global Market Application Leader to own the sterility testing portfolio strategy within Pharmaceutical Quality Control across Europe. The role requires deep market, regulatory, and customer insight and close collaboration with marketing, R&D, and operations to guide portfolio growth.

You will drive voice-of-customer programs, translate insights into actionable plans, and shape PDP-aligned product definitions and pricing strategies

Qualifications

• 8+ years of combined experience in strategic marketing, product management, innovation, or business development.
• Fluent in English; French a plus.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to distill complex topics for varied stakeholders.
• Team oriented; results driven with ability to set priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Own the global market strategy and long-term vision for the sterility testing portfolio in Pharmaceutical Quality Control.
• Develop expertise in rapid sterility testing across priority segments and monitor market trends.
• Collaborate with Global Strategic Marketing, Regional Marketing, and BD to shape strategy and growth priorities.
• Define market access strategies and support tools to accelerate market adoption.
• Lead Voice of Customer programs to identify unmet needs and translate insights into strategic recommendations.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across a matrix organization to align R&D, operations, and commercial teams.
