• Define and execute global sales growth strategy for the Software Unit.
• Drive growth across strategic and existing customer accounts.
• Lead transition toward platform, hybrid, and native cloud sales models.
• Build executive-level customer relationships.
• Lead and develop high-performing sales, engineering, and operations teams.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Partnerships on GTM and demand generation.
