Materialise Software is seeking a Global Software Sales Director to lead the worldwide sales organization and drive growth across strategic and existing accounts. You will shape the go-to-market for platform and cloud-oriented solutions, aligning with marketing, product management, and partnerships to deliver customer value.

You'll manage a global team of sales leaders, sales engineering, and operations, requiring extensive leadership experience and a strong network in relevant industries.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in software sales (10+ years).
• Proven track record in cloud/platform sales and strategic accounts.
• Experience growing business within existing accounts and across international markets.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute the global sales growth strategy for the Software Unit.
• Lead a cross-functional team including sales, sales engineering, operations.
• Drive platform, hybrid, and native cloud-oriented sales models.
• Develop executive-level relationships with key customers.
