Agfa-Gevaert is seeking a Global SAP Process Owner for Order Fulfillment in Mortsel, Belgium. You will oversee end-to-end order fulfillment processes, align business requirements with SAP functionality, and drive transformation across a global SAP landscape.

You will partner with Finance, IT, and Procurement to optimize workflows, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver data-driven improvements. This hybrid role reports to the Director of Operational Excellence & Analytics.

Qualifications

• Masters-level business/operational expertise with focus on process governance.
• Experience in BPM, operational excellence, and order fulfillment operations.

Responsabilités

• Design future-state, streamlined processes and standard operating procedures.
• Identify opportunities to automate and standardize order fulfillment lifecycle.
• Define and monitor KPIs to measure value and performance.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory controls and risk management guidelines.
• Lead SAP-related transformation, enhancements, and eventual S/4HANA migration.
