stow group is seeking a frontline technical-commercial lead to translate client needs into robust, optimized structural solutions and drive the full sales cycle from early discussions to contract signature. You will lead technical-commercial discussions, challenge specifications for feasibility and cost, and align engineering with commercial teams while traveling internationally to win high-value offers.

Fluent English is required; German is a strong asset.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Strong expertise in steel structures (industrial/warehouse/rack structures).
• Ability to understand and challenge structural calculations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technical-commercial discussions with clients and stakeholders.
• Develop structural concepts for complex steel projects (silos, industrial structures, racking).
• Own bid management and ensure alignment between design, costing, planning and risk.
