Job summary

stow group seeks a seasoned Sales Engineer in Belgium to lead technical-commercial discussions and win complex steel construction projects. You translate client needs into robust, optimized structural solutions and drive the full sales cycle from early discussions to signature.

You will develop concepts for silos, industrial structures and racks, manage multidisciplinary bids, define bidding strategy, and ensure design-cost-planning-risk alignment while coordinating with engineering, procurement

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
Experience with steel structures (industrial / warehouse / rack structures).
Fluent English; German is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

Lead technical-commercial discussions with clients.
Challenge specifications to optimize feasibility and cost.
Position the firm as a trusted engineering partner.
Develop structural concepts for complex steel projects.
Validate technical feasibility and identify risks early.
Interface with engineering teams for alignment.
Lead high-value, multidisciplinary offers.
Define bidding strategy with stakeholders.
Ensure consistency between design, costing, planning and risk.
Build and challenge cost models for materials and fabrication.
Drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, execution, purchasing and sales.
