Job summary

BENEO, part of the Südzucker Group, is seeking a Senior Sales Administration Lead to drive efficient operations across international markets. You will manage a diverse team, harmonize processes, and ensure accurate order processing and reporting.

You will collaborate with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain and Production to align demand with capabilities and optimize service levels. Fluency in English with Dutch/French preferred is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or 5 years’ experience in a similar position.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with evidence of effective reporting.
• Experience with ERP SAP and Microsoft tools.
• High level knowledge of export, logistics and accounting; English required; Dutch/French preferable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and continuously improve the sales administration function to ensure efficient operations.
• Attract, engage, manage, evaluate, and develop the sales administration team across locations.
• Coordinate resolution of customer issues to maintain high service levels across markets.
• Review and harmonize processes to ensure consistent sales administration operations.
• Monitor KPIs and data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Production and other stakeholders.
• Contribute to production planning, demand forecasting and sourcing discussions.
• Maintain and monitor sales pricing structures and align with policies.
• Oversee reporting, data management and order processing for accuracy and compliance.
