Manuchar is seeking a Global C&B Manager to harmonize compensation and benefits practices worldwide, based at the Antwerp headquarters. You will drive comprehensive reward frameworks, balancing hands-on execution with strategic vision to support an international workforce.

You will lead job grading, governance, and benefits design, while guiding mobility programs and global compliance. Fluency in English and Dutch is essential; Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in compensation & benefits, ideally international.
• Analytical mindset with complex reporting and data-based optimization experience.
• Strong presentation skills with advisory experience to senior managers.
• Excellent English and Dutch communication; Spanish a plus.

Responsabilités

• Develop and harmonize global compensation & benefits framework.
• Lead job grading; strengthen pay governance and cost structures.
• Shape and implement global benefits programs.
• Oversee expatriate management and international mobility policies.
• Manage annual HR budgeting and quarterly forecasting; ensure legal compliance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization and drive initiatives.
