CNH Belgium in Zedelgem is seeking a Global Technical Expert for Residue Management to lead design concepts and technical execution across CNH combines. The role involves translating requirements into specs, supporting layout and drawings, and ensuring reliability of residue management systems.

You will collaborate with innovation, platforms, and production teams, travel globally, and contribute to a robust technical roadmap and training initiatives.

Qualifications

• Agronomic background required or strongly preferred.
• Mechatronic knowledge and data mapping skills are important.
• Experience with design tools and reliability analyses preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication; ability to work in cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel globally (20% or more).

Responsabilités

• Translate program requirements into design assumptions and technical specifications.
• Support design engineers in residue management layout, drawings and activities.
• Define functional layout and ensure quality of concepts; release drawings/models to production.
• Forecast functional capacities of current and new CNH concepts.
• Provide technical support for manufacturing, service, and marketing; assist training rollouts.
