KitchenAid, part of Whirlpool Corporation, seeks an Analyst, Regulatory Affairs to lead regulatory activities across EMEA and Asia for SDA products. This hybrid role combines office-based work in Grimbergen with remote Fridays and collaboration across engineering and policy teams.

You will monitor evolving regulations, develop strategies, and train teams to ensure compliant product development and launches while engaging with government agencies and industry associations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 3–5 years of professional experience.
• Experience in product development or regulatory affairs for consumer products.
• Strong business acumen and ability to analyze complex regulations.
• Ability to interact with internal teams and external stakeholders across regions.
• Fluency in English; other languages are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage regulatory affairs for Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia regions.
• Monitor and communicate regulatory requirements for KitchenAid SDA products.
• Collaborate with SDA and engineering to implement regulatory requirements.
• Develop strategies, policies, and training to reduce compliance risk.
• Lead regional inputs to global product regulatory database and roadmaps.
• Drive regional projects aligned with global regulatory objectives.
• Build relationships with government bodies and internal functions.
• Support Whirlpool with associations and policy positions.
• Engage with teams across Belgium and globally to advise on regulatory matters.
