Compass Lexecon in Brussels is seeking a driven Recruitment Adviser to support our Europe and Asia offices. This role sits in a seven-person HR, Recruitment and Learning & Development team and reports into the Recruitment and L&D Manager.

You will support lateral recruitment across consulting and business services functions, including headcount reporting, forecasting and workforce analysis. The Adviser will help improve recruitment processes and candidate experience across the region,

Qualifications

• Experience supporting lateral recruitment across multiple locations.
• Experience with headcount reporting and workforce planning.
• Experience building reporting models and analysing data trends.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems, preferably Workday.
• Experience using AI tools and data in Power BI and Excel would be advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with local hiring managers to attract, source, and progress candidates for billable and non-billable positions.
• Develop excellent working relationships with local offices, advising on recruitment best practices.
• Maintain our applicant tracking system (Workday) and all recruitment filing systems.
• Maintain and refine talent planning and recruitment forecasting models.
• Analyse headcount data to identify trends, capacity constraints, and hiring requirements.
• Extract and validate headcount and recruitment data from Workday.
• Deliver cyclical reporting with consistency and precision across HR and L&D teams.
• Draft and refine job descriptions to ensure clarity and alignment with Compass Lexecon’s positioning.
• Support employer branding efforts aimed at attracting high-calibre talent.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews and recruitment events, ensuring an efficient recruitment process.
• Provide broader support across the HR and Learning & Development teams, contributing to regional initiatives.
