SPG Dry Cooling within the Sales & Marketing team is seeking a senior professional to own major proposals (5–30 M€), coordinating technical and commercial offers for air‑cooled condensers. You will negotiate to contract signature and travel up to 20% to engage with key customers globally.

You will drive product and process improvements, contribute to pricing databases, and lead cross‑functional collaboration with Engineering, Supply Chain and Project Management to optimize proposals and ensure

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Engineering is required.
• Strong technical background with commercial ability.
• Knowledge of thermal engineering and dry cooling is a plus.
• 10+ years of experience in a similar industry.
• Experience in an international company environment.
• Proven leadership and cross‑department collaboration.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Responsabilités

• Strategic link between SPG DC and other departments to define offer strategy and manage proposal implementation.
• Design and develop tailor‑made solutions, coordinating with Engineering, Innovation and Project Management.
• Implement sourcing strategy with Supply Chain and build budget from quotes.
• Assemble technical and commercial inputs into final proposal and follow up with client until bid closes.
• Contribute to internal contract review and client negotiations.
• Visit main customers worldwide to defend offers and promote SPG Dry Cooling portfolio.
• Develop a network with customers and suppliers for future opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to improve proposal costs with new suppliers and solutions.
• Maintain and update sales pricing information systems and databases.
