GEA in Halle, Belgium seeks a Project Manager with a technical background to oversee complex international projects in the pharmaceutical and chemical sectors from start to finish.

You will work closely with customers, sales and multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality, schedule and budget while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Roles offer growth and significant responsibility in an international environment, with travel up to eight weeks per year.

Qualifications

• Master's degree as specified in the profile.
• Experience as project manager in pharma/food/chemical industries.
• International customer-supplier relationship experience.
• Strong leadership and people management abilities.
• Fluent in English and Dutch; good communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Define and manage phase gate approach during complete project.
• Initiate the project with the customer and internally.
• Manage the project team via regular project meetings.
• Maintain overview of project schedule and milestones.
• Control and report project costs and forecast costs to come.
• Report project status to management and steering committee.
• Coordinate with customers for reviews and acceptance tests.
• Support commissioning engineers during startup.
