Qualifications

• 5+ years of procurement leadership experience in fast-growing tech or scale-up.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the global procurement strategy to support rapid international expansion.
• Lead high-value negotiations with telecom and connectivity partners for favorable pricing and terms.
• Establish company-wide procurement policies, processes, and vendor risk frameworks.
• Analyze and optimize global supplier spend while maintaining service quality.
• Develop and implement supplier performance metrics across 200+ destinations.
• Build scalable vendor management workflows for accountability and visibility.
• Partner with finance, product, operations to align procurement with business goals.
• Develop processes to handle increasing complexity and cross-border operations.
• Provide strategic leadership on supplier risk and opportunities with sound financial analysis.
• Position procurement as a strategic function contributing to profitability and resilience.
