ICANN seeks a Policy Operations Coordinator to join its Brussels office. The role supports day-to-day operations of ICANN's Supporting Organizations and Advisory Committees, coordinating governance, documentation, and events across time zones.

Responsibilities include scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and managing data in Salesforce. The ideal candidate has strong organizational and communication skills and at least two years of operational experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or international equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years' operational experience required; experience in customer support strongly preferred.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages encouraged.
• Experience in international organizations or multinational corporations is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Support the governance, planning, and administrative work of ICANN's Supporting Organizations and Advisory Committees as assigned.
• Assist with the creation, publication, and maintenance of agendas, presentations, procedures, manuals, and other process documentation and community records.
• Schedule and support teleconferences, webinars, meetings, and events, including tracking of action items, record keeping, and other follow up work.
• Manage, administer, and maintain group calendars, mailing lists, shared documents, and other collaborative tools and materials.
• Enter and maintain data, reports, and analyses through ICANN's community engagement tools and platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
• Coordinate with staff teams supporting other community groups to track multiple projects in parallel, and manage administrative and operational workflows to maximize efficiency.
